Rest assured, houses managed by CHA operate a full inventory service which is regularly checked by a qualified manager who will supervise all aspects of their house lets.

All staff are security checked and subject to spot checks whilst working to enable our high standards are adhered to. Our garden staff are supervised by a fully qualified landscape gardener, so no pulling out the bourganvilla and leaving the convolvulus, and there are no quick clear up the next day before you arrive, the gardens are regularly tended and watered.

All domestic bills, insurance etc are paid on time so no penalties are incurred and full accounts are kept and regularly sent to Owners
