1. An authorised copy of your Title Deed

2. A copy of your Site Plan – This can be obtained from the District Lands Office

3. Full Inventory of fixtures and fittings

4. Full Contact Information

5. Lawyer Contact Information

6. A set of keys (if the property is unoccupied)

7. A letter of authority allowing us to enter your house to show people round if the property is empty.
